Introducing Milliman,
BBT’s New Partner for Insurance Services 

To provide ongoing Insurance administration services, Brethren Benefit Trust has partnered with Milliman, a highly respected independent risk management, benefits, and technology firm founded in 1947. This new partnership means you will now have a one-stop-shop enrollment website and call center. Please note that you may not be able to access this site until Open Enrollment begins on Nov. 15.

Open Enrollment for all Brethren Insurance Services products begins November 15.

Access your benefit information at cobbt.mybenefitchoice.com or call

800-217-0067. The web portal and the Call Center are available starting Nov. 15.

Why is Open Enrollment important?

  • Enroll in new insurance products.
  • Update your current coverage without medical underwriting, which means guaranteed coverage for eligible products.
  • Talk to your HR department or contact Connie Sandman at 800-746-1505 ext. 3366, or csandman@cobbt.org, to find out which products are offered to you.

Important things to remember

— Open Enrollment runs Nov. 15-30

— Online Enrollment must be completed no later than Nov. 30

— Coverage will be effective Jan. 1, 2022

  • Enroll in or change your Dental and/or Vision insurance.
  • Enroll in or change your Accident insurance.
  • Enroll in Basic Life/AD&D, supplemental life/AD&D for employee, spouse, and dependent child(ren) insurance.
  • Enroll in Long- and Short-Term Disability insurance —

Current LTD/STD members: The disability worksheet is due annually and any time there is a salary/housing allowance change.


Medicare Supplement is available to members who are Medicare-eligible and enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B
