Mutual Funds

To ensure that our members and clients are able to diversify their portfolios among a variety of investment strategies, BBT offers five investment options that are currently using mutual funds (as opposed to separately managed funds). These investment options have not achieved BBT’s minimum threshold for separate management, and so they are invested in mutual funds selected by BBT. These funds are actively managed according to guidelines established by each mutual fund manager.

BBT funds invested in mutual funds may not be in strict compliance with BBT's socially responsible investment policies.

Brethren Benefit Trust provides retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, asset management, and financial advocacy to pastors, employees, and members of the greater Church of the Brethren community.

Since it began as the Pension Board in 1943, BBT has been called to serve its members and clients, and we are thankful for that opportunity.
